I missed a phone call to book an MRI, the message said to ring back on 90805635. I rang this number 20 times in the last 2 weeks and left 2 messages. No one answered the phone and no one returned my phone call.

I eventually rang the number for the health campus and got transferred a couple of times but managed to speak to the right person and get my MRI booked in.

I'm not booking an MRI for fun, I have a health problem that I'm concerned about and want to get it sorted. Ringing dead end numbers and leaving messages that don't get returned only adds to a massive anxiety build up that was already occurring due to the health concern.

I agree, no one is accessing health services such an MRI for fun and not being able to get through and speak with staff does add additional stress and anxiety.
