I was riding my bike between Fernhook Falls & Northcliffe WA, when I had a crash. I took skin off my knee, hip & elbow. My elbow immediately swelled up.
I applied first aid & continued cycling slowly for 35km to Northcliffe. On arrival in Northcliffe, I attended the Nurses Station. Sonia immediately made me feel welcome & provided me with a cup of tea whilst I waited for the Nurse.
Nurse Diane took me into her treatment room after closing time, yet she & Sonia were not concerned. My injuries were assessed, cleaned and dressed, which took around 1.5 hours.
Sonia & Diane treated me professionally, efficiently & with empathy, friendliness & kindness. I am very grateful for their wonderful attitudes despite the late hour.
I was reviewed & a plan made for the next steps. The same friendliness & helpfulness prevailed.
"Excellent treatment at Northcliffe Nurses Station"
