(as a parent/guardian),

I arrived at Busselton ED with my son who was in need of mental health care. The staff were amazing and compassionate. He was treated kindly and professionally. Due to distance from my home, I was given food, drinks and even a place to sleep. Every staff member I dealt with went above and beyond what they needed to.
