Hi I went into Bussleton hospital for a Portacath to be fitted I was a bit nervous of course as you are for any procedure but have to say the whole experience was made easy by the attitude of each member of the staff I came into contact with from the information desk through to the discharge nurse , each one of them went the extra mile to make me feel at ease & be aware of what was going to happen .
They appeared to be absolutely committed to there chosen profession & happy going about their work every member I came into contact with made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen to me I would like to mention the discharge nurse Sarah who made me a good cup of tea, when I came to the procedure was very smooth & appears to be healing well so I have written this to say a thank you to you all your care was very much appreciated .
