(as a parent/guardian),

I want to express my husbands and my deepest appreciation to an absolutely wonderful nurse Michelle. She reasured us all at a very harrowing time. Staff members like Michelle are an absolute treasure. We were also impressed with the response and care given to our son in A & E. Thankyou!
