At the time of writing this I was on ward 5G at RPH. I am getting daily physio due to a spinal injury. Most days it seems like the physio is just going through the motions with a list of exercises to do. There is one physio called Jess who I feel is so much better than the other physios. She has a list of exercises to do, but she is always evaluating how well I do the exercises. She notes how I do and alters the exercises or adds in exercises to help with areas I am struggling with. This results in a much better session as it is tailored to my needs rather than just following a list of exercises. If only the other physios could do similar.
