I had Jonas came out to my home. He arrived on time, the booking was done very professionally and when he arrived, he introduced himself and presented very very well. Answered all the questions, was very encouraging.

I feel a lot more positive facing a valve replacement operation and have more confidence after speaking to him. Showed me how to work everything, the blood pressure machine and oxygen machine and the scales everything else.

I am in my 70s and not into all these things, not computer literate. I’m not nervous now about implementing the system after he’s gone through everything. It’s obviously simple because he made it simple. After listening to him, I know I can do this.

I made the comment to him, only in Australia we have these benefits. Some people don’t realise the benefits we have.

I had to spend a week at POW hospital private, the food was unbelievable. I can remember going back 20 years ago you couldn’t eat the food there but it was not only cooked well, it was presented so professionally. My experience up to now has been very, very good. I had to get sick to find this out how good it is!
