"Couldn't have received better care"

About: Fiona Stanley Hospital

(as the patient),

I just wanted to say I couldn’t have received better care from go to woe; they could not have done any more for me. And aftercare Flexi Health came, which I didn’t expect. I never thought of any assistance, but they showered me, did physio, and you know when you get old, it’s wonderful to get that help outside the home.

I think we live in a lucky country. We have lots of services for the aged, and I just wanted to voice my opinion, my gratitude for all the health that I’ve been given. I don’t expect miracles for this body of 92 to suddenly come alive again, but I’m trying.

There were three particular nurses at Fiona, they were wonderful, and I felt a real connection with one in particular—her name was just T. Nina, she was lovely, and there was Anita—they were just lovely. If I could give a shout out to them and thank them for their care.

From the ambulance to all the nursing staff, I express my thanks.

Well, I’m very glad. Sometimes people forget, so I want to express my thanks to all of them, even down to the nurse who popped her head in every morning to say good morning.

It is heartening to read your comments about the staff that cared for you during a recent admission to Fiona Stanley Hospital. We are certainly proud of the level of commitment that staff in our hospitals bring to their roles, and they are always delighted when they receive recognition from patients and their families.
