"Eyelid Surgery"

After waiting 2hours to see Dr Peter I was seen by  young girl who examined my eyes as I have an eyelid problem. She did all the measurements and was very diligent in what she did and said that I qualified for a surgical  procedure. She went to fill out all the necessary paperwork only then to be followed in with another person. I failed to ask them who they were and of their expertise , something I wish I had done, and then they did a test not lasting more then 30 seconds only to say that I did not need surgery. This person didn’t even read the referral from an optometrist who did some pretty extensive tests and then compiled a referral for the eye hospital. I then told this person I have a problem with obstruction and I also had EDS which accelerated the problem as well. In my opinion this person wasted everyone’s time including my own and I didn’t even get to see Dr Peter .

How can this person just decide I’m not having problems with my vision. They seemingly didn’t even know what EDS was? In my opinion, sounds like they just determines the problem with whom they like and not addressing the actual problem. They didn’t seem to care what I said. Quite an arrogant person and totally full of their importance I feel!
