"My father who died of recent."

About: Glenarm Nursing Home

(as a relative),

Our family were comforted by the fact that our father’s journey was one of respect and dignity from those who tended him, a genuine love and care from a brilliant team.

Kerang is privileged to have such a gem within the realm of aged care, all who entered this facility left with an overwhelming knowledge that my father was in an environment where all his needs were fulfilled by a loving and compassionate team.

Our family has nothing but praise for our father’s care and the attention he received over nearly 3 years.

Dear AnonymousW,

Thank you for taking the time to leave such heartfelt feedback at such a time of grief and sadness. My thoughts are with you all at this sad time.

Your dad was a lovely, intelligent, articulate gentleman and a great conversationalist. He will be sadly missed. He told us often how happy he was living in Glenarm.

The team of nurses, catering and domestic, doctors, lifestyle and leisure, administration and allied health are all amazing health care professionals who live the KDH values of Caring, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

We are very proud of the care provided. The staff are very respectful and considerate and consider it the utmost privilege to care for members of our community in their senior years.

Thank you again for your feedback and I wish your family all the best.

Kind regards,

Kellie
