"My experience"

About: Royal Perth Hospital

(as the patient),

In my hospital stay it’s  a PSA called Gino who has made the biggest difference so far. He just comes in and helps, is super polite, respects privacy and dignity, no job is too hard for him and he's been doing his job so long it seems he has to teach half the nurses. So good to have people like him around. The nurses and doctors are great, but it’s the people like Gino who make all the difference.
