About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 3S - Community Management Centre

(as the patient),

I just wanted to pass on my thanks and just to give a bit of feedback to say all of the nurses that I spoke to were extremely caring and thorough. It was really reassuring to have that service available to me. It was great. I just thank you enough. I do remember but every single one of them was just as thorough, and listened to everything I had to say. They made me feel heard and safe.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback with the care you received from Prince of Wales Hospital.

From what I can gather from your lovely message is that you were supported virtually by the SESLHD Community Management Centre whilst you were isolating with COVID-19.

I am pleased that the service supported you during this period and that the care you received was person centred and has left a positive memory.
