I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care my husband and I received during his time at your facility in Coral Bay. The compassion, professionalism and attention to detail displayed by your team made a significant difference in his recovery, with the inclusion of ETS staff / nurses and doctors who also consulted with our cardiologist in Perth.

From the moment we arrived, I felt it was evident that his well-being was your top priority. The staff took the time to answer our questions and made us feel supported throughout his stay. They all put in a tremendous amount of effort on the day.

Thanks, also to the SJA volunteers who transferred him to Exmouth hospital, the doctors and nurses receiving him there and the follow up treatments and discharge home the next day.

Nothing could be faulted, Jan checked in and went above and beyond to ensure we felt informed throughout the discharge process, coming to check how my husband was progressing, continuing to answer all our endless follow up questions and check back in with a doctor for another prescription.

We are long term holiday makers in Coral Bay, every year for 6 months, rarely needing to utilise the Nursing Post system but we can say your system prioritizes patients care and communication, making a very challenging situation much easier for families.

We are truly grateful for the support and reassurance provided by everyone of your staff members.
