Dear Sadpatient92,

I apologise that your experience at Kerang District Health did not meet your expectations, and you left Urgent Care in pain. This is not the type of care we want people to experience at our facility.

I am happy to follow up your complaint and look into how we can improve our service. If you would like to contact me directly so we can work through the specifics of your attendance to Urgent Care, please email Ksparrow@kdh.org.au.

I hope you are now recovering well and your pain has subsided,

Kind regards,

Katrina Sparrow

Director of Clinical Services
