"Remarkable emergency teams"

My son was recently involved in an accident and was promptly taken to Alexandria District Health, where he was admitted and received immediate care. The team on duty that night was outstanding. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, showing both compassion and professionalism. They prioritised my son's well-being and took the best possible actions given the circumstances. As a father, it is deeply distressing to see a loved one in pain, but the team managed to reassure both my son and me, making us feel like we were an integral part of the process and local team.

The First Responder and Ambulance teams were also exceptional, working seamlessly with the hospital staff. They made us both feel secure and at ease. Thanks to everyone's efforts, my son was airlifted to the Children's Hospital, and I am immensely grateful to everyone involved in his care and recovery. My family and I truly appreciate the dedication and support provided by this remarkable local team and the team at the Royal Children Hospital.

The Chupa Chups and the use of humor helped lighten the mood and provided a reassuring sense that everything was going to be alright.

Big Shout out to Bron, Ali, Chelsea and Phil, you were all amazing and can't thank you guys enough. My son will make a full recovery.
