A huge thank you to nurses Clare and Kathryn in the outpatient department. Both nurses delivered exceptional care, advocated on my behalf, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and ensured that I was fully informed and involved in all aspects of my appointment. Following a stressful situation, both nurses made extra efforts to ensure that I had everything I needed and received the best possible care.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out and acknowledge our wonderful nurses Kathryn and Clare. I agree they are two health professionals that epitomise patient centred care.
