So yeah I did a thing whilst on holiday in Bali, as only I would do 😬 Didn't let it hinder our long awaited holiday but!! First stop home, Albany Health Campus to get my 'sprained' ankle checked out 🫣 Yep, broken!! Two nights in hospital and surgery to put a plate and screws in. 

Massive shout out to the Drs, nurses and Patient Assistance staff at Albany Health Campus!! Laying back in emergency watching these amazing people communicate, coordinate, run around like a bee hive of activity was a real eye opener!! Every single person I encountered was flat out going from one patient or job to the next, but not without the utmost care 🐝🐝🐝  

I got moved from ED to Maternity for my two night stay, and the nurses were absolutely wonderful, in particular Nurse Lou 🌟

It sounds like you have an interesting Bali story to tell… it’s great you managed to still make the most of your trip but such a shame it ended up with a stint at Albany Hospital.
