(as a carer),

A visit to any emergency section of any hospital is always awful. However we had such a warm and friendly reception from the triage nurse called Gowtham - PEO.

He put us to ease immediately.

I watched him have the same approach with everyone who came in. 

What a delightful man working in such a stressful environment. 

Just another angel in our health system. 

Thank you Gowtham.
