(as the patient),

I was admitted into Sir Charles Gardner earlier this month and was diagonised that day with a broken hip.  I was operated the next day and then spent two more days in Hospital. My stay and care in Charlie’s was absolutely wonderful with the staff being immensely helpful.  

On discharge it was organised I would be treated by a physio in my own home once a week for 3 weeks. Kate the lady who came to see my was so lovely and helped me with exercises.  I am so grateful for her attendance.  My next appointment will be at the hospital itself and I know I am on the way to running a marathon! Thankyou for your care .
