The care we received when bringing our child in for what we assumed was a general cold was beyond amazing. He was very distressed and in a lot of pain, with some treatment and monitoring we thought we where on our way home when our child took a turn with a heart rate above 200 and very unwell both Casey & Dr John were amazing. They were quick to get onto Piper who then sent us out to another hospital for further treatment with a Paediatric doctor. I felt the care we received at KDH was 100 times on what we received in the other hospital which you all should be very proud.

Thank you again Casey, Dr John and the other nursing team, I believe you are an absolute asset to our community.

Also Casey I think you have a real touch with the kids and have a very calming nature.

We are so pleased the care provided to your unwell child proved to be of a high standard. We always aim for a safe and welcoming environment, especially for children and it is reassuring to know we have met a community member's expectation.

We agree that Casey has amazing skills when dealing with unwell children both from a clinical perspective and with a calming but fun manner. We have passed on your feedback directly to Casey and the whole team. Kerang District Health is very pleased to have a great team of GPs supporting the service and have passed on your thanks to Dr John.
