About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Maternity Ward Positive Birth Program

(as the patient),

I attended the face to face positive birth program in Kalgoorlie and absolutely loved it. What a great education session to offer regional women! 

The course content, delivery and resources are so useful and I am so excited to put them into practice. 

My only disappointment is that many of the options discussed are not options in Kalgoorlie. I really hope in the future Kalgoorlie hospital considers supporting water immersion births and home births as these are both options I would have loved to be able to consider for myself, especially seeing the evidence behind their benefits. 

Will be recommending this course to any pregnant ladies in future and hope to see the hospital progress to match what the course offers.

I am so glad you attended the positive birth program here in Kalgoorlie. I am even more pleased that you loved it and will be encouraging others to attend, it is a wonderful program and great it is now being provided face to face for the women in our community.

I agree that we need to continually keep reviewing and improving our services.
