Thank you to staff at Kalgoorlie Medical Imaging.

I had an ultrasound-guided cortisone injection today after a heavy fall and the Nurse (Cherie) and Doctor were wonderful in looking after me today. We need more staff like this to make a pleasant trip in Hospital where there is enough doom and gloom over prognosis for some people.  It was a happy and relaxed environment.

Thanks also to the fantastic Reception Staff, Nards and the Team. I think they are always Professional, Polite and have compassionate towards all their patients. Tamara is also a wonderful and caring individual in MRI imaging. I feel the Medical Imaging department certainly needs more staff to help make the service even better to stop the long queues and answering the phones.

My husband and I are certainly grateful that we have a Health Campus here to save us going to Perth. Over the past few months, I have had several appointments there from X-Ray, Ultrasound, Cortisone and a MRI coming up.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experiences with our Medical Imaging service. As you have described this department is very busy with multiple modalities being provided for our country community.

The team has been working hard in the recent weeks to onboard new staff members and implement some more efficient processes. It is great to hear that these are having an impact for both them and patients too.
