Outstanding Assistance and Seamless Service

The assistance I received was outstanding. From the front desk to triage and finally seeing a GP, the service was seamless. All the staff were helpful, professional, thorough, and friendly. We are incredibly lucky to have this urgent medical service. Judging by the number of patients there, it appears to be well-utilized and is hopefully helping to free up the Emergency Department at Broome Hospital.
