(as a parent/guardian),

I took my teenage daughter to get her first blood test.

To say she was anxious was an understatement but the nurse who was attending us was amazing.

She walked her through every step, even had her feel her vein so she knew what they were looking for.

My daughter walked out really happy with the whole experience.

Thank you for making it as pleasant as possible
