"Sleep Studies and CPAP"

I just wanted to acknowledge how grateful and appreciative I am to most of the staff in the Sleep Studies Clinic at Sir Charles Gardener Hospital. But I wanted to make a special mention about Kim, a Sleep Scientist and Mandy in Accounts. I found Kim was kind and accommodating in helping me select a CPAP machine that was lighter and smaller than my trial machine. Having a chronic condition like Fibromyalgia makes the smallest things quite difficult, like carrying a heavy piece of equipment. I recall as soon as she saw me walking with a stick, she identified and asked for my needs in a gentle and compassionate manner.

I have had several interactions with Mandy, and  I feel she has always been pleasant and kind as well. I felt both Kim and Mandy made me feel especially cared for in a busy hospital environment. And I believe they should be acknowledged for that.
