"Joondalup health campus emergency dept"

I had a push bike accident recently and my partner took me to joondalup hospital emergency dept.  There was 2 significant lacerations on my face ( plus other abrasions ) with a lot of blood and I think I was concussed and nauseous ( thank God I had a helmet on...that was smashed and cracked). I was cared for incredibly well by all staff I saw there...from Fiona the amazing triage nurse, to Meg the amazing ED nurse, to Dr Evans the incredible ED registrar and Dr C the incredible plastic surgery registrar ...the care was outstanding. 

I would like to say a big big big thank you to all these staff members who cared for me with the utmost compassion,  professionalism, skill. Empathy and good humour! Despite the ED department being extremely busy being packed to the gills with patients - they were always smiling, caring and genuine.  I found the staff I saw are all extremely patient focussed, caring and compassionate.  I believe they are all a huge asset to your organisation.  Thank you to all these staff I saw and the organisation as a whole for the amazing care that I received.
