"Visiting mum at Diamond Creek Community Care"

Diamond Creek Care Community set up a visit for our family, my daughter and two young grandsons (2 and 4 months) my mum and me, on the first floor with a dining table set up for use, mum’s lunch redirected to there, and we bought a picnic lunch too. It’s the first time we’ve been able to comfortably and easily have lunch with mum while the 2 year old had some freedom to move about, there was ample room to feed and change the kids, to let my mum play and interact with them in her own ways; it was a joyous 2 hours. I so want to thank Maria for setting up such a great visit, it was a real kindness for us to all be together so easily and we appreciate all that she did very much. Especially as it is such a long drive for the little ones, it was great for them not to have to be ‘contained’ in a restaurant or restricted bit of room space, and they happily wore themselves out and slept most of the way home.

The happiest visit we’ve ever had there with mum.
