"Boot camp with Karen"

I went to Boot camp in Inglewood with my child last week and found the class to have approximately 12 attendees, the class was set out fantastically with a great variety of stations and tasks. The trainer Karen was extremely welcoming and friendly, she encouraged us all to have a go and each task could be adapted to suit individual needs, which I found very helpful.

My son and myself really enjoyed the session and will be regular weekly attendees.

The cost of $5 was very affordable for us and gives us the financial ability to attend regularly.

IDHS we hope you continue to support initiatives like this in Inglewood and are aware of the great health advocate and staff member that you have, Karen was great.
