I was recently triaged and treated at Northampton Hospital by Swapna and Josna. They were both calm, gentle and kind. They provided me with regular updates on what the plan of care was and they made sure that my privacy and dignity was maintained at all times. They listened to my symptoms and concerns and they made me feel calm and safe. When they were interacting with other patients, I felt they showed care and compassion. I feel we are very fortunate to have them caring for our community.
