Went to Fiona Stanley hospital for melanoma surgery under general anaesthetic. I received extremely compassionate and competent care from everyone who dealt with me. Everything was well explained and I felt included in all discussions and decision making. My pain levels were very managed by the anaesthesiologist.
The day before surgery I had a nuclear medicine scan where again I was very well cared for.
It was also great to see a good sense of humour from the staff which helped to relieve any anxiety.I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made the experience so good for me.
