"Ultrasound"

About: Warren Hospital / Radiology Department

(as the patient),

I was told by a different hospital to get an ultrasound down late third trimester to see how big my baby was tracking. I believe they got miscommunication that they believed my baby was going to be big at birth. I had to go for a ultrasound ASAP. I got a call from the ultrasound receptionist if I could get there in 20 minutes the appointment was mine. I made it with 10 minutes to spare and still had to wait 20 minutes. The only way I could make it was for my sibling and their toddler to take me. I also had my toddler. So the four of us make our way into the room. I felt a staff member was very rude and blunt. I told them that this was the only way I could make the appointment at such short notice. One of the toddlers would not sit still and not happy (it was peak nap time). I recall the staff member then looked at my sibling and told them to get out as they were distracting them. I felt the staff member did not say it in a nice way. It seemed they then proceeded to look at my baby and act rude towards me.
