Last week I had a Gynaecology appointment at the Kalgoorlie Health Campus Outpatient Clinic. My nerves prior to the appointment were high and it all felt very daunting at the thought of what the outcome would be and whether I would need surgery,

I would just like to say that the professionalism and kindness shown to me helped make my experience not so daunting. I feel Nurse Katherine is worth her weight in gold. She was so compassionate and helpful with every step of my appointment. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and I felt really safe and cared for.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience at your Gynaecology appointment at the Kalgoorlie Health Campus.

Many patients find attending health services quite overwhelming. I am so glad that you felt safe, supported and cared for. Our team really strive to provide excellent clinical services and I will be especially happy to pass on your thanks to Katherine – who I agree is an asset to our service.
