About: Lakeside Joondalup COVID-19 Vaccination Community Clinic

(as a parent/guardian),

I took my son for his second COVID vaccination and also opportunistically his flu jab. He was so overwhelmed and had huge a meltdown. We had to leave it as he was very upset. We went back the next day and walked in and were welcomed and taken straight through. The nurse Lee-Anne (?) was fantastic, so respectful and friendly and walked him through each step. Her buddy was super attentive and distracted my son with games.

It was a challenge having 2 injections on the same day, and as a mother I was stressed that my son might kick-off again but they handled it so compassionately and with exceptional professionalism. He was rewarded with a movie ticket and a treat which was lovely. Thankyou team.
