I have struggled with alcohol for years and tried lots of different options for help, but haven't had great results. I came to Lives Lived Well at Nana Muru and have been going really well ever since. The staff I have seen are encouraging, really knowledgeable about detox and recovery, and very, very caring. I couldn't ask for more. Everyone's journey to recovery is different, but for me this has worked well and I would recommend to anyone with dependency issues to talk to the crew at Nana Muru if you want to get yourself free. I have felt supported all the way. My family have too which is so very important in all of this. The journey is mine to recovery and I feel I'm on the way now and full of hope for the future.
