About: Fiona Stanley Hospital / Ear Nose & Throat

(as the patient),

Was referred to Fiona Stanley ENT in 2017

I believe it was accepted that same year.

I am still waiting on the appointment, the growth in my throat is now so that I struggle to swallow. It seems my tax dollar hard at work for my own health.

5 years later - still no appointment.

Thanks for reaching out, I am sorry to hear of your struggle to swallow.

Could you kindly provide your details to our Patient and Family Liaison Service on phone 6152 4013 so they can check the waitlist. Unfortunately our ENT list can be quite long, and we must always see the most clinically urgent patients first.

As you state your condition has worsened, we do recommend you return to your GP who can provide escalation notes to the hospital.
