(as a parent/guardian),

Just wanted to give you feedback that I had a telehealth consult for Paediatrics a few days ago that was phenomenal. Dr Yu Min I think his name was. Please thank him for his thoroughness, reading my child's file (even briefly) before the appointment and having an understanding as to what the appointment was for, this may seem small to some, but as I have so many different appointments for my child this is a big deal. He seems very passionate and has turned my horrible last experience into one that was absolutely amazing. He kept making sure I had no further questions and ensured we covered everything we could. I do hope he is a part of the team permanently and might look after my child in the future again, based on this experience.
