I want to share the positive experience I have had with the Cancer Centre at St John of God Hospital Bunbury. I am undergoing chemotherapy, and at all visits so far I have felt cared for and well looked after. Thank you to all the nurses who have been involved so far, especially the “cannulation experts” (apparently I’ve been a challenging case in that regard)!
Thank you also to the Cancer Services nurse, Ashlene, who continues to give support and helpful information whenever it’s needed.
I also want to highlight Judy, the pastoral care worker who comes by. On the most recent occasion she took my partner off for a good long chat, which was a great comfort to her in a period that has been at least as difficult for her as for me.
"High standard of care during chemotherapy"
