About: Lives Lived Well – Wunya Residential Services (Caboolture)

(as a service user),

I admitted myself to Wunya Recovery Services to get help recovering from ice addiction. When I walked through the doors of residential rehab for the first time I was an emotional mess and didn't know how I could possibly get through this. But once I settled in and met with my facilitator Janelle, I saw hope.

By the time I left Wunya, after completing their program, I had not only found sobriety but I found myself. Janelle and the amazing team of staff here helped me learn things about myself I never imagined I would get out of my stay here. The guidance and support I received here enabled me to make the changes I needed to, to save my life! For that, I am eternally grateful.

Learning things about ourselves that we were not aware of, and could never have imagined were possible, really changes how we think of ourselves and strengthens our hope that our life can be different.

Thank you for telling us that this has been part of your experience at Lives Lived Well's Wunya Rehabilitation Services in Caboolture and the gratitude you now feel as it has enabled you to make the changes to save your life. Thank you for acknowledging the work of the staff, in particular the connection you made with Janelle and the hope you experienced from that. I will pass on your comments to them.
