About: Leongatha Memorial Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

I'm heavily pregnant and accidentally caught a large chunk of wood in the sole of my right foot. I presented to urgent care and was seen quickly by the lovely Louisa who handed me over to Shareen. Shareen used a scalpel and took it out with no fuss or pain then cleaned the wound bed to prevent infection. Both of you are brilliant and I'm extremely grateful for your time and efforts. Thanks ladies: )

Dear Anony-moose,

Thank you for your feedback about our urgent care nurses. I hope your foot gave you no more concerns for the rest of your pregnancy. I see your little one would be about two by now and I hope you are both going well.
