(as the patient),

Prior to my roster of delivering Meals on Wheels recently one morning, I fell over and a few minor injuries were sustained.

I am grateful for the care and concern given to me at the hospital by RN Rory, HSM Subin Daniel and other staff.

I was treated efficiently and respectfully and I was most impressed with the clinical response to my misadventure.

Thank you so much, you made a senior citizen very pleased.
