About: Karratha Health Campus / Surgical Services

(as a parent/guardian),

I'm sick of the Karratha Health Campus outpatients changing my appointment times without even consulting me to see if a new time would suit.

In my opinion, you build a 'state of the art health facility' yet fail to even provide appointments that are planned and organised well in advance. 

I believe this is pathetic - wish there was another health campus to attend without driving 1600 km to see a private specialist.

Thank you for sharing this experience in regards to the lack of communication and patient input around appointment changes with a specialist via the Outpatients Department of Karratha Health Campus.
