Recently, I met with Lynn at Northam Regional Hospital to receive pre-admission instructions for a colonoscopy that I'm booked in for at Northam.

While it was a straightforward process, Lynn's professionalism and friendliness throughout our meeting were a delight to experience, especially as she tells me this is something she does for whole days at a time.
