"Having an urgent CT Scan"

I recently needed an urgent CT Scan. I was very apprehensive and worried about what they may find. The staff member, Chris, was very calming, caring and confident. He made me feel at that time he was there just to assist me. I was able to calm down, he completed the CT Scan, all the time checking in with me to ensure I was doing OK and telling me he was almost finished. I very much appreciated his kindness.
