I would like to take the opportunity of passing on our thanks to you and your team. Under the supervision of Donna they have done an outstanding job in taking care of our 93 year old mother over the past few years. When our dad passed away in a few years ago it was a huge shock and transition for our mum who at the time had been diagnosed with Alzheimers/Dementia and had never lived alone. The level of care that Donna and her team of carers have provided during this time has allowed mum to continue to live independently in the unit she shared with dad. This familiarity has certainly helped.
All of the carers that have assisted mum have truly shown compassion, diligence and great care. We would like to especially thank Jane who we class as mum's main carer from HammondCare during this time. She is an amazing human being and we often refer to Jane as being "like another daughter". You are blessed to have Jane on your team and it's no wonder to us that she is in such high demand. A huge thank you, Jane. We absolutely love you!!!
The opportunity of suitable higher-care, residential accommodation has come up and we will be assisting mum with her transition to the next phase of her long life in approximately four weeks.
Thanks again for all that HammondCare have done for our mum in this challenging stage of her life.
