Both my parents were cared for by HammondCare who delivered their Home Care Packages.

I would sincerely like to thank and acknowledge the wonderful work and constant support of just a few of their carers that I met - Jessica, Amy, Nicole and Paula. They were always considerate of my parents needs and helped immensely to improve their home life quality.

My parents’ case worker supervisor, Alison, was simply outstanding. Her professionalism was in no doubt. Her understanding of situations and compassion was always shown.

With the pressures placed on staff performing such stressful duties, Alison always made us feel secure, comfortable and supported. We knew she had our parents’ best interests at heart and it was a privilege to have her as our case worker.

My parents have now been placed into permanent care because of poor health.

I just wanted to acknowledge how fortunate HammondCare is to have such quality staff at all levels.
