(as a carer),

My wife presented to the emergency department in so much pain that she was throwing up. Over 1. 5 hours later and she still hasn't even been triaged. In my opinion, what a joke.

My name is Mandy and I am the Director of Nursing for the Sale Hospital at Central Gippsland Health. Thank you so much for your feedback and for taking the time to provide us with your story regarding your stay at Central Gippsland Health.

I am sorry that you and your wife have had this experience, as the staff try really hard to provide the best care possible. I will discuss this with the Emergency Department team to try and understand what has happened.
