(as the patient),

This is my 3rd pregnancy on the midwife program at Ipswich Hospital. To say I am blown away by the service is an understatement. We have had Kylie as our midwife twice and we feel so lucky to have had her. She took the time to get to know us and our children and really made us feel like we were paying for private service. We were able to make appointments when it suited us. We had Kylie for the birth of our 3rd and final child and we couldn’t have had a better experience it was amazing and everything we could wish for.

A big congratulations to you and your family and welcome to your new little one!

We also think our midwifery and maternity services are second to none. Our staff go to extra lengths to make sure that expectant mothers are listened to and valued and we are particularly keen to provide care that is tailored to the individual needs of each woman. Your kind words will be shared with Kylie and the other staff involved in your care.
