"Cardiac rehab at the Angliss Hospital"

The cardiac rehab program was a great way for me to get back to activity and to understand what my restrictions were with regards to my Sternotomy.  I was able to build my fitness and upper body strength after a period of low activity after my heart surgery.  The staff are fabulous at welcoming each new comer in a light-hearted and disarming manner - while still being very aware of each individual's needs and requirements.  The program is super lucky to have Brian volunteer.  He really should be paid.

One of the great things about the rehab is meeting a group of people travelling a similar road to myself.  It would have been great to get some of that peer support earlier after leaving hospital.
