On the weekend I had the unfortunate need to call an ambulance for my first time for my child.
The ambulance responders Mel and Yazmin were amazing. Very professional, engaging and thorough.
They took great care of my child from pick up to delivery to the hospital. They definitely made me feel at ease.
Yazmin was fantastic. She was engaging with us whilst waiting at the hospital for a bay and definitely helped put my mind off the injuries to my child.
They are an absolute asset to St John Ambulance
