Congratulations to the management team and planning staff, your efficient working and balancing of variables which arrive to your office (sometimes as late as the morning of service) show me how well coordinated and flexible you are. Well done everyone.

Congratulations to the Western District Group. I so much appreciate the gracious service of all I encounter in the course of your administration of my “package”. Every person who graces my home is to me a ray of sunshine. Thank you all so much.

Thank you for your story. We recognise that people’s needs change and work hard to partner with clients to ensure that the care and support we provide is flexible and tailored to their changing needs. I agree, the administration staff do an excellent job at balancing these changes and I too congratulate them for their work! The staff are truly committed to providing relationship-focused, personalised care and it is so nice to hear that your experience reflects this commitment.
